2. User Content & Uploads

2.1 Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of any video or media (“User Content”) you upload.

2.2 License to Process Content

By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, limited license to:

• Store the file,
• Process the video effects you choose,
• Generate the output you request.

We do not claim ownership of your videos.

2.3 Automatic Deletion

Uploaded files and processed videos may be automatically deleted after a period of time for privacy and storage management. We do not guarantee long-term storage of any uploaded or processed content.

2.4 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and modify any content you submit.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Ownership

All video-effects, algorithms, UI designs, branding, text, graphics, and software on SimpleVideoFX are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user-generated content or personal information.

If paid upgrades or premium features exist:

Charges will be displayed clearly before purchase.

5.2 Refunds

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed: the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $0 for free users).
